All hunters must fill out a Pleasant Valley Whitetail Waiver & Release of Liability Form prior to hunt.
Persons under 16 years old hunting deer with a firearm must be accompanied by an adult who shall be in a position and able to take immediate control of the junior hunter's firearm at all times while hunting. All resident and nonresident hunters born on or after January 1, 1975, must carry a valid hunter education course completion card while hunting. Children under 10 years old may hunt without a hunter education card, but must be accompanied by an adult who can take control of the firearm at any time necessary. No one adult shall accompany more than two children at one time.
Everyone will unload their firearms before they leave their hunting site and handle them as if they are loaded at all times. Careless handling of your firearms will not be tolerated.
All hunters choosing to hunt from any elevated blind/stand must wear a saftey belt at all times.
No one will be permitted to leave their stand for any reason other than an emergency. We do not allow hunters to get down and walk around during their hunting time. This will only cause unnecessary pressure to our hunting areas. If you shoot a deer do not go look for it, you may push the deer if it is not dead. I have seen this time and again. We will track your deer with you.
All persons will respect other hunters. We are here to provide a quality experience for everyone.
Consuming alcoholic beverages while hunting is prohibited. If you drink, you can not hunt.
